  The drive through is quick. You can't park in the parking lot as the drive through goes through it and there's no room to back out if the line up has more than five vehicles in it.

  Always a huge wait for just a coffee, recently I waited in the drive thru line so long I had time to call the manager and complain well before I made it to the second window to pick up my order. So a week later I drove by and noticed no one standing in line inside the store and figured I would try going in to order. Well I watched approximately 7-10 people scramble around each other trying to prepare drive thru orders and even though there was no customers waiting on orders inside the store other then myself it still took over 15 minutes to get 2 coffees! Absolutely ridiculous,
